Dianne was first introduced to the Myers-Briggs Type
Indicator® (MBTI®) in 1994. So convinced of its importance in helping
people to understand themselves and others, she herself became a
qualified administer and interpreter of MBTI®. As a personality
assessment tool, she now focuses exclusively on MBTI®
and has
incorporated it into all of her workshops and seminars. Dianne is also a
Certified Trainer in Adult Education and a Counsellor for Skills
Development.

over 100 hours of supervised Practicum.

Established a "parallel-force"
to Canada Post Letter Carriers at Canadian Media Distributors.
Task required the recruiting, hiring and training of over
500 personnel within a 21-day time frame.

to Toronto Dominion Bank branches; resulting in the highest
usage of computer training for any of the TD's Education
Centres in Canada. |
